CitruSync (Citrusync LLC) makes small apps for running club games. This page covers this website, citrusync.com, and the emails our apps send from this domain. Each app has its own privacy policy with the details for that app, and that policy is the one that applies when you use it:
citrusync.com has no sign-up, no forms, no analytics and no advertising, and sets no cookies. Like any website, our host (Netlify) keeps standard server logs, such as the IP address and browser that asked for a page, to run and protect the service. We don't use those logs to identify you.
Our apps send a few kinds of email from citrusync.com addresses: sign-in codes for the optional paid features, receipts or account notices for those features, and replies when you write to us. To send them we use your email address and nothing else. We never sell or rent email addresses and we don't send marketing email from this domain.
If you got a sign-in code you weren't expecting, you can ignore it. Nobody can reach an account without the code itself.
Paid features are billed through Stripe on the web, or through Apple or Google when you subscribe inside a phone app. They handle your card details; we never see or store them. We receive only what we need to know who is subscribed.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, including an account or anything published about you on a live results page. Email support@citrusync.com (the address is support@citrusync.com) and a real person will reply, normally within a few days. We act on deletion requests within 30 days.
Our apps are made for club organizers. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.
If this page changes, we update the date at the top. A change that affects how an app treats your data will also be reflected in that app's own policy.
